Open all year, Pine Lodge has been awarded 4 Stars by the AA. This guarantees the
excellent standard that guests would expect of a quality guest house.
Pine Lodge is a former Victorian Gentlemans residence set in an acre of landscaped
grounds on the side of the Lyn Valley. It overlooks the Watersmeet Estate situated on the other side of the valley,
with the West Lyn River running between. Guests are welcome to wander through the grounds, but care needs to be taken as the
garden is on a steep slope.
There are three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom - all ensuite - on the first
floor. Each bedroom is spacious, has a tea/coffee tray and colour television. There is full central heating throughout.
A full English Breakfast, using local produce, is served in the guests dining room.
There is also a private parking area at the side of the house.
Children over the age of 12 are welcome.
