Terms and conditions for bookings for Devon Cliffs Holiday Park.
Please read, as any booking made are subject to these listed below.
 
  1. INSURANCE.    It is recommended that you purchase holiday insurance to cover all personal possessions, cancellation/curtailment and travel expenses.
  2. PETS.  No pets are permitted in any caravan except dogs in the nominated dog friendly caravans. If pets are found in your caravan without prior agreement, you will be asked to leave and your holiday will be forfeited.
  3. SMOKING. All caravans are no smoking zones! Guests are requested to smoke outside.
  4. PARKING. Parking of cars is either alongside the caravan, in a designated area near the caravan or in the park carparks. The site speed limit is 10 miles per hour and all cars must be taxed, insured and roadworthy.
  5. BOOKINGS.   Your booking will be treated as provisional and held for 10 working days pending receipt of deposit. If the deposit is not received and alternative arrangements have not been made, the holiday will be re-advertised.  All deposits are non-refundable. The balance is due eight weeks before the holiday commences, unless other arrangements have been made.  If the holiday is booked withing eight weeks of the start date, then payment is required in full.
  6. CANCELLATION.  Cancellation must be notified in writing and the date of receipt of the written cancellation will be deemed as the date of cancellation.  If you cancel more than eight weeks before the start of your holiday, you will only lose your deposit. If you cancel 56 - 42 days defore the start date of your holiday you will lose your deposit and 40% of the holiday cost, if you cancel 41 - 21 days before the start date of your holiday you will lose your deposit and 60% of the holiday cost, if you cancel within 20 days of the start date of your holiday you will lose 100% of the cost.
  7. BEDDING.  All caravans are equipped with duvets and pillows. Bed linen can be hired if required. If no bed linen is hired you are required to provide your own linen. It is a requirement that bed linen is used on all beds that are being slept in.
  8. NO BOOKINGS ARE PERMITTED FROM SINGLE SEX PARTIES, OR GROUPS WHERE ALL OCCUPANTS ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 21.
  9. THE HIRER OF THE CARAVAN MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 21 AND MUST OCCUPY THE CARAVAN FOR THE DURATION OF THE HOLIDAY UNLESS BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT THIS IS WAIVED.

Terms and conditions for hire of the tourer at Bingham Grange, Malplash.
 
  1. INSURANCE.    It is recommended that you purchase holiday insurance to cover all personal possessions, cancellation/curtailment and travel expenses.
  2. PETS.  No pets are permitted in the caravan.  If pets are found in your caravan without prior agreement, you will be asked to leave and your holiday will be forfeited.
  3. SMOKING. No smoking is permitted inside the caravan. Guests are requested to smoke out-doors.
  4. PARKING.  Your car parking space is usually alongside the caravan. Guests are requested to drive slowly and with care and consideration whilst on the park. No commercial vehicles, lorries or vans may be brought onto the park without prior arrangement.
  5. BOOKINGS. Your booking will be treated as provisional and held for 10 working days pending receipt of deposit. If the deposit is not received and alternative arrangements have not been made, the holiday will be re-advertised.  All deposits are non-refundable. The balance is due six weeks before the holiday commences, unless other arrangements have been made.  If the holiday is booked withing six weeks of the start date, then payment is required in full.  
  6. DEPOSITS.  Low season - £14.00 per night.  Mid-season - £18.00 per night.  Peak season - £22.50 per night. Deposits are non-refundable.
  7. CANCELLATION.  Low season -  £14.00 per night booked will not be refunded.  Mid season - £18.00 per night booked will not be refunded.  Peak season - £22.50 per night will not be refunded.     If we cancel your holiday a full refund will be made of all monies paid to the date of the cancellation.
  8. BEDDING.  Sleeping bags, pillows and all appropriate linen, bathrom towels and kitchen towels must be provided by the holiday maker. 
  9. THE HIRER OF THE CARAVAN MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 21 AND MUST OCCUPY THE CARAVAN FOR THE DURATION OF THE HOLIDAY.
